Kelly has been successfully coaching and facilitating transformation of individuals and organizations over the past 25+ years as a corporate executive, health and fitness instructor, personal trainer, yoga and meditation teacher, and well-being coach. Her goal is to introduce intentionality and commitment to the journey of personal transformation. Through yoga, meditation, health, and well-being tools and techniques, her classes and coaching sessions will guide you on a personalized journey to a better version of yourself to live a more meaningful and joy-filled life. Kelly is a certified yoga, meditation, and Ayurvedic health teacher and a certified well-being and life coach.
